越秀商业持有型不动产资产支持专项计划获批 底层资产为广州ICC

The "CITIC Securities - Yuexiu Commercial Real Estate Asset-backed Special Plan" of Guangzhou Renhe Economic Information Consulting Co., Ltd., as the original equity holder, has been updated to "approved" in the project status on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 25th.

This special plan plans to issue up to RMB 1.413 billion, with the plan manager being CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.

This project is the first holding-type real estate ABS product in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and also the first commercial property holding-type real estate ABS product in the market.

It is reported that the underlying asset property of the project is the ICC Huamu Center located at 237 Tianhe North Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. The total construction area of the office building exceeds 105,000 square meters, with a height of 219 meters.
