首个保租房公募REITs扩募 华夏北京保障房REIT拟新购入北京四个项目

HUA Xia Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced on May 22 that its HUA Xia Beijing Affordable Housing Center Leased Housing Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund plans to expand and purchase new infrastructure projects, marking the launch of the first public offering REITs expansion project in the market.

It is reported that the expansion project involves projects such as Langyue Jiayuan in Fangshan District, Guangjidian in Tongzhou District, Shengyue Jiayuan in Daxing District, and Wenquan Kaisheng Jiayuan in Haidian District. The new projects will further expand the fund's coverage of the rental housing market in Beijing, diversify asset portfolio risks, and enhance the growth of the asset portfolio.

It is also known that as of the announcement date, the infrastructure projects in question are operating well with stable cash flow. The source of funds will depend on the expansion funds. As the original equity owner and operating management institution of the initial investment project of the fund, Beijing Affordable Housing Center has managed 165,600 public rental housing units as of the end of March 2024, accounting for over half of the total amount in the city and covering all 16 districts, providing a solid foundation for Beijing's housing security system.
